| Is your valuable office space taken up with archives or materials used for your business? We have a cost effective solution which will enable you to use your office space for personnel rather than a storage facility.
There are two options available to you. You can either rent an individual unit as detailed under self storage, or you can take advantage of our managed archive storage facility.
MANAGED ARCHIVE STORAGE
Your boxes will be collected from your premises and stored in our archive warehouse. On arrival each box is given a location number and an inventory is then provided to yourselves.
If at anytime you require a box out of storage you simply give us a call quoting the location number and reference of the box or boxes in question and we will deliver them to your door.
We guarantee that when we receive a request for a delivery or collection before 12 noon, the request will be carried out that afternoon. Any request received after 12 noon will be actioned by 12 noon the following day. If you require anything urgently or out of hours there will be an additional charge.
All clients are invoiced on a monthly basis and are provided with an inventory which shows the location of the box within the store, description of box, your reference (if applicable) and a comments column showing movement of boxes during the month.
